1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pg389 website accessible at https://pg389.cam and any related mobile or desktop applications operated by pg389.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "Company," or "pg389" refers to the entity operating the Platform under its international gaming license.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible Player.
• "Real Money Games" means any game, bet, or wager played on the Platform using real-currency funds, including casino slots, live dealer games, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matching funds credited to a Player's account under any promotional offer.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pg389 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

• You must access the Platform on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a verified Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your registration information if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pg389 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pg389 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account prior to notification.

3.4 KYC Verification

pg389 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to authorizing withdrawal transactions and, in certain cases, before large deposits may be accepted. Verification typically requires submission of: (a) a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP); (b) a recent proof of address document dated within the preceding 90 days; and (c) a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pg389 may result in restrictions on your Account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pg389 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods for Indonesian Players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The Company reserves the right to modify available payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction is Rp 100,000,000, subject to payment provider limits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process. pg389 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Accounts (KYC complete). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals will only be paid to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pg389 Account — third-party payouts are strictly prohibited. pg389 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering

pg389 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities. Any suspicious transaction activity may be frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are sourced from lawful activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pg389 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as stated in the relevant promotional terms. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least 30 times (30x) before any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn, unless a different wagering requirement is stated in the promotion.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is Rp 50,000 per round or bet.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering cycle.
• pg389 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple Accounts, will be voided and the associated Account may be suspended.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows: Slot games — 100%; Live casino table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) — 10%; Sports pre-match bets (odds ≥ 1.50) — 100%; Sports bets below minimum odds — 0%. Togel (traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery-style games — 50%. These rates are subject to change with notice.

5.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The Welcome Bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account on the Platform, or who are found to have created a new Account to claim the Welcome Bonus again, will have the bonus voided and may have their Account closed.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games on pg389 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Each game is governed by the rules established by its provider, as displayed within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review game-specific rules before wagering real money.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg389 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to access the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to defraud the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform to launder money.
• Abusing bonus systems, including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform through unauthorized proxy, VPN, or IP-masking services where the purpose is to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions without first contacting pg389 support to attempt resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pg389 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and branding elements, is the property of pg389 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from pg389. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable intellectual property statutes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pg389, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pg389 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; unauthorized access to your Account; or interruption of service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pg389 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to pg389. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with legal obligations (including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements), and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 By pg389

pg389 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or collusion; suspected underage gambling; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; extended inactivity (Account dormancy); or at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

11.2 By the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal terms. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. pg389 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month against the balance of a dormant Account, provided that the Account balance is sufficient to cover such fee. Players will be notified by email 30 days before dormancy fees commence.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pg389 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you may close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations) may be made without advance notice.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg389 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint to pg389's customer support team and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. This dispute resolution process does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms restricts pg389's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
